When you submit our contact form, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, email address, property address, property type, details about the damage, timing, insurance company and any additional comments. Optional fields may be left blank. Please do not include payment details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.
How we use your information
We use your inquiry information only to contact you about your request, understand your needs and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Form delivery and service providers
Our contact form uses FormSubmit to process submissions and deliver them by email to Ian and Jackson at Wasatch Flood and Fire LLC. FormSubmit and our email provider process the information to provide these services. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Form delivery and spam protection services may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the form.
Retention and your requests
We keep inquiry information as needed to respond to your request. Contact us if you would like to correct information you provided or request that we delete your inquiry from our records. Any retention by our service providers is subject to their own practices.
